It was like watching\u00a0the life of a tulip from beginning to end. Starting with fitted pieces resembling newly blossomed tulips petals, transitioning\u00a0into flowing pieces that get brighter and more lively as the collection progressed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14075\" title=\"_RUN5539a\" src=\"https:\/\/modacycle.com\/old_modacycle_jan_2016\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/RUN5539a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"646\" srcset=\"https:\/\/modacycle.com\/old_modacycle_jan_2016\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/RUN5539a.jpg 600w, https:\/\/modacycle.com\/old_modacycle_jan_2016\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/RUN5539a-162x175.jpg 162w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 984px) 61vw, (max-width: 1362px) 45vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Creamy silk linens with greens the shade of grass and yellow for sunshine, the designer combines the two before diving into bold hand painted striped silks.\u00a0 Layers of pleated tulle embroidered with lace shown in\u00a0corals and pastel pleated chiffon submerge. Embroidered laces and appliques in black emerge before final bursts of\u00a0floral-printed silks.
