Designer Antonio Azzuolo heads west for his Fall 2010 collection. According to the designer, his inspiration “started when I watched Midnight Cowboy one night. I got the idea to create my own interpretation of the Wild West.” The result was a modern interpretation of the rustic, tailored cowboy.
Azzuolo paired horse motif sweaters with cashmere trousers and handmade blazers. Eccentric knits were combined with suiting separates. Much different from his previous collections, Azzuolo’s Fall 2010 collection is far more casual and carefree, and suggests a sort of more retro than retro vibe.
All in all, this collection has proven itself to be a successful mix of old and new for the pioneer who is ready for both business and life on the range.
