For those individuals who wish to be free in their clothing, Elise Overland just may be the designer for you. Elise Overland, a designer most noted for her “signature” leathers sent an overwhelmingly body conscious Fall 2010 collection down the runway.
The highlights this season were a navy velvet pantsuit with a pumpkin colored blouse; the quilted motorcycle blazer, which was paired with a leather pencil skirt; and a modified LBD (little black dress) with a textured front panel and padded fur shoulders.
Her inspiration for this season: the ‘80s meets Cousin Itt (The Addams Family). This collection can officially be dubbed Rock-n-Roll chic, especially with the fitted leather cocktail dresses with deep v-backs and the Cousin Itt-like fur jackets and trims.
