Former Ports 1961 vanguard Tia Cibani returns from maternity leave with a very precise and assured collection for Spring 2013. She and her team, to whom she gives a great deal of credit, created 20 looks that combined fabrics that moved fluidly with just enough structure to create shapes. Where the structure was more overt, it was just a setup for open backs with loose draping that flowed in the breeze as the models exited. A lovely palette with a few stunning prints left an impression of relaxed poise. It’s great to have you back, Tia.
