Kit Willow’s Fall 2010 Willow collection, titled Eclipse, “uses the natural curves of the body as her canvas. Fabrics work like a second skin. Gently hugging and enhancing the body’s shape. Skin to skin, this sleek silhouette is like a shadow, a perfect Eclipse of the feminine form,” said the designer.
The form-fitting collection was meticulously constructed as each piece moved naturally with the body. The women exuded confidence and seduction. Willow’s lingerie background was apparent, as seen in the sheer pant panels and night and nude color palette. The bold shoulder trend continued and was paired with ruffled skirts that offered both structure and movement. Geometric prints and bursts of red and pink livened some of the day to night looks.
